Customer Success & Implementation Manager

We are seeking a Customer Success & Implementation Manager for our CheckMy Driver platform. This critical role serves as the primary relationship liaison for our key automotive clients, including:
- Franchise Dealerships
- Buy-Here-Pay-Here (BHPH) Dealerships
- Rental Car Companies
- Lending Partners
You will be responsible for guiding clients through the entire implementation process. You will lead the continued delivery process ensuring rapid and successful platform adoption, and working to deliver a measurable, long-term business impact.
Responsibilities:
- Own the Full Implementation Lifecycle: Lead the process from post-sale handoff through setup, configuration, and launch, ensuring clients are live and seeing value quickly.
- Facilitate Site Creation & Data Setup: Guide clients in exporting portfolio data (VINs, loan details, etc.) from their DMS, Fleet Management Software or Loan Systems, and manage site configuration for seamless integration with the CheckMy Driver platform.
- Drive Adoption Through Training: Conduct engaging kick-off calls and tailored demos to train dealership teams on both customer and dealer experiences.
- Coordinate the Verification Launch: Oversee initial customer outreach campaigns (bulk text/email), manage data processing, and ensure verification workflows are running smoothly.
- Deliver Rapid Time-to-Value Service: Accelerate platform adoption, reduce dealers uninsured risk exposure, and establish a strong foundation for ongoing account success.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in implementation, onboarding, or customer success within automotive, lending, or insurance technology environments.
- Strong technical aptitude and process management skills, with a hands-on approach to execution.
- Excellent communication and client-facing presence, comfortable leading calls, demos, and trainings.
- A passion for helping customers succeed through technology adoption and measurable business outcomes.
