Responsibilities:
Social Media Engagement
- Develop and execute captivating organic social media campaigns that drive engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation across all platforms, including LinkedIn and Meta.
- Craft compelling social media ad copy, videos, and ads that resonate with target audiences and fuel conversions.
- Analyze social media performance and optimize campaigns for continuous improvement.
Website Content
- Following a content calendar created in collaboration with our Chief Marketing Officer, develop content for blog posts and web pages that tell our story and educate our customers.
Sales Enablement
- Working from outlines and specifications from the sales team, create tools to help tell our story to potential customers through content messaging and one-sheets.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in brand or digital marketing, ideally within the personal insurance sector.
- Proven track record of success in developing social media campaigns.
- Strong writing and editing skills, with a knack for crafting engaging and persuasive content.
- Experience with website and social media analytics platforms.
- Familiarity with branding principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A data-driven and analytical approach to problem-solving.
