Who We're Looking For:
A growth mindset-focused, data-driven, and experienced marketing enthusiast who can manage our social media presence, including the creation of organic posts driven by imagery and videos that tell our story. You will act as a though partner for our Chief Marketing Officer, helping Modives build a strong brand and funnel to drive customer acquisition.

Responsibilities:
Social Media Engagement
- Lead the creation of organic social media campaigns on platforms like LinkedIn and Meta, including the development of a content calendar, ad copy, images, and videos that resonate with our target audiences.
- Analyze social media performance and optimize campaigns for continuous improvement
- Report out to senior leadership on the growth of awareness, lead generation, and conversions through social channels.
Website Content
- Propose and develop blog posts, webpage content, and other digital pieces to help us tell our story and educate potential customers.
Sales Enablement
- Partnering with the CMO and sales team, create tools to help tell our story to potential customers through content messaging and one-sheets.
Agency Management
- Manage and oversee the prioritization and output of our external agencies, including our digital marketing and animation partners.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in brand or digital marketing, ideally within the personal insurance sector.
- Proven track record of success driving lead generation and customer acquisition.
- Strong writing and editing skills, with a knack for crafting engaging and persuasive content.
- Experience with website and social media analytics platforms.
- Familiarity with branding principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A data-driven and analytical approach to problem-solving.
